  I agree 100% with all the prior negative reviews and would give this zero stars if I could. Wish I read these reviews before I purchased a couch from him. As everyone said he is delightful when you are in the store looking however, once you purchase a couch from him and he has your money, he is a completely different person. As all the other reviews stated he promised 6 weeks delivery (even wrote it on the invoice). I just got off the phone with him and my couch is not even out of production yet. I was told my couch will be ready the first week of November. (11 weeks from when I purchased). He is extremely rude and obnoxious on the phone when you try and question as to why it is not ready when he promised. He is very unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money here!!!!

  Sofa Bed Etc was excellent. We found exactly what we were looking for. We picked a fabric and received a sample. We decided to change to a microfiber and had no issues changing. Delivery was between the time they said they would arrive. They also helped move the old sofa downstairs to the basement (The old sofa was also purchased from Sofa Bed Etc. 24 years ago). The new sofa & love seat looks great. I would recommend them to others.
