  If you are looking for a great hassle free experience see Sal. I went there about a month ago to look for a couch he was courteous and helpful from the second I walked in the door. I am from a sales background and he was by far easy and pleasurable to work with. He kept me updated every step of the way for my special order, got it quicker than I expected and had special arrangements made for my delivery. This was the best furniture experience I ever had. TEN stars in my book!!!!

  Bought $3000 dining room set in September delivered in November the Leaves didn’t fit, one of the arms fell of the chair, the legs of the chairs loosen all the time. We took the protection plan. They came 3 week after called the fixed all but the arm of the chair which they had the wrong one... The service center place an order for the correct arm. That was January... 2 moths later they show up with the wrong arm again.... on the phone with the very smug manager “Jen” who was very unhelpful to be told we would have to be inconvenienced yet again take another morning off of work to have them find a set of arms to install... when I asked them to just send us a chair from a floor model I was told I could call the store and speak to a manger to that solution..... REALLY! Why would they not as “customer service” take care of that simple request. I would not do business with this store or this company.

  Purchased a $2k bedroom set last July, and returned to purchase a coffee table as well as a server/buffet. When I picked up the coffee table (picked up because why pay a delivery fee when it's a small enough piece), I was told they will open it and make sure that it is acceptable, and then repack it for me to take home. In the event that it wasn't, they would send it back and "bring out another one" (my salesman's exact words). The server was badly scratched when I went to pick it up, so I rejected it and had to wait another week for a second one (what happened to "will bring out another one?" I get if thats not the case, but don't tell me it is). Waited the week and went to pick it up. It was not scratched, so I signed for it and took it home. The guy wrapped it in Saran Wrap and sent us on our way. Got home, and the hardware (handles, screws, Allen key, bolts) were all missing. I called on Saturday and they said they would order it that day, and I'd have to come back in AGAIN on Tuesday for the hardware. Got a call today from corporate, asking what parts I needed. So.. obviously it was not ordered on Saturday. Additionally, just double checked and am also missing the handles for the doors. Called AGAIN, and they are promising that they will have it all in tomorrow for me to pick up, and was told they are getting another piece in for me and taking the hardware off that one to give to me. So.. why did I have to wait a week if you are able to procure one in one day's time? Basically, nice enough furniture, but not worth the hassle and having to drive to the store a hundred times. I'll stick to Wayfair.
