  I ended up having to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs because, after taking $3200 of my money for a fire pit chat set and cantilever umbrella, I couldn't get customer service to either return a phone call or answer an email. I suspect that I paid full price for old floor samples and the absence of any documentation, manual or packaging for either purchase did nothing to allay my suspicions. Without the documentation, I couldn't even sign up for a the manufacturer's warranty. Also, the advertised weather cover for the chat set wasn't provided. When I told the saleswoman who I dealt with about the missing cover, she just told me that there was a mistake in the advertisement and inferred that it was my problem, not the store's. Then she told me a story about how one of the employees had the same set and hadn't covered it for years, as though I should just be content not to get what I paid for because I didn't really need it. Also, I wasn't happy to learn that there are no returns except for store credit so Peter Andrews really gets you coming and going.
